Eat Right, Live Right

Ayurveda deems healthy digestion as the most fundamental aspect of overall wellness. Think about it. From the food you eat, to the thoughts, emotions, and experiences you consume, your physical, mental and spiritual well-being are heavily affected.

This is why we offer a 3-hour thorough Ayurvedic training session called, ‘Eat Right, Live Right’ for those who wish to gain more knowledge about this beautiful science of natural healing by way of digestion.

As a part of this online course, you will be introduced to the basics of Ayurvedic healing techniques, the importance of good digestion, and the changes you can make to your daily routine to live a healthier life. According to your body’s constitution, we will teach you:

  • Which seasonal food is good for you,
  • What food you should avoid,
  • How specific herbs and spices can enable better digestion, and much more.

Within these three hours of our ‘Eat Right, Live Right’ Ayurvedic Course, we assure you that you will learn valuable information that you need to live a healthier life. Being an interactive session, our Founder, Ayurvedic Practioner, and Fitness Expert, Gorana Bogdanovic will clear any confusion you may have regarding your digestion and the food you should consume.

The Power of Digestion

The way your body metabolizes the food you consume changes over a course of time. As you age, your rate of metabolism reduces, causing you to feel bloated or constipated, resulting in irregular bowels. The food you eat not only affects your weight, mood, and energy levels, it also determines the quality of your skin, hair, nails, and gut health.

Ayurveda says that there is no good or bad food. Instead, there is food that is good or bad for you.

Therefore, the key to health is consuming the food that is right for you.

This is where an individualized detailed history with an assessment of your body’s Dosha matters. As a fascinating alternative medical science, Ayurveda stands on the prinicple that each body is made up of basic elements, or ‘doshas’, and a state of true health is achieved when these doshas are in harmony. Knowing which type of dosha you are, can help you to know how to take care of your health in body, mind, and heart.

Transform Your Body

Natural body transformation to its fittest and most balanced state is a wonderful thing. This is why, at GB Ayurveda, we always ask our clients to set their 10-year body goals. We ask them how they looked 10 years ago and how they want to look 10 years from now. This helps them chart a journey towards that goal.

Our mission at GB Ayurveda is to give you vital and valuable information that you can make use of, and change the way you look at wellness, fitness, and health. We want to help you achieve your health goals most safely and effectively.

Many of our clients reach out to us after struggling with ‘crash diets’ and ‘quick weight loss diets’ like protein shakes, keto or vegan diets, and more, without satisfactory results. What is often overlooked when following such social media popular diets is that getting fit needs to be approached holistically. Just like every individual is different, so are each of their body’s requirements. So, following such internet fads can be more harmful than you know.

This is why we design our GB Ayurveda Digestive Wellness Program according to each client’s body and health needs. Our program is sketched over 90 days with weekly modifications as per your body’s response. We are currently designing a 30 Day Wellness Program, as well.

These programs include eating the right food, regular effective yoga exercises, and detoxifying ayurvedic massages. A combined effect of all these holistic alternative therapies helps you transform your body in the best way, as you witness positive changes in yourself.

To make the program more personalized, we adjust the regimen based on your follow-up session, every seven days.
